Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer: Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled cooking class without incurring any cancellation fees. This means that if a customer needs to cancel their booking for any reason, they can do so without penalty as long as they provide at least 48 hours' notice. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the class, a cancellation fee of 50% of the class cost will be charged. Customer no-show: If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled class without any prior notice, the full cost of the class will be charged. Cancellation by the business: In the rare event that a cooking class is cancelled by the business, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered a choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another class of equal value. Classes with less than 2 bookings will be cancelled at two days prior to the class. Changes to bookings: Customers may request to change the date or time of their booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class, subject to availability. Any changes made less than 48 hours prior to the class may incur a change fee of 25% of the class cost
